Couldn't post earlier in this thread as it makes my blood boil. 31 years just doesn't seem like a fair punishment for his crimes. I know this won't be the case but I hope he suffers every single day of his pathetic, miserable life.
Yeah I can only hope his victims feel that justice has been carried out. Personally I'd use him for medical testing, at least then some good may come out of this ****s life.
I wonder how many of his victims are no longer here to see him locked up? There's been a number of suicides that connect to him, though nothing conclusive that can make any sort of legal connection. Gary Speed's the obvious one, but Mark Hazeldine is another and the suggestion is that it's at least four. How are parents supposed to trust clubs with their kids after the way that they protected this ****?
There's some really ****ed up people. In another case today. Agreed. I'm interested but dreading what's gonna come our about Bob Higgins down here. Says a lot though that before he was named loads of Saints fans knew who it was so there was obviously a reputation there.
We went through it on a much smaller scale with that **** AJ. But those which we are talking about now are proper monsters.
Sad thing is not all parents will be unaware. Some will genuinely be "naive" and think the kids not interested but there is always those that will ignore it because they see pound signs I'd their kid makes it And most sad of a those that don't give a **** about their kids This is why the Rochdale thing and Jamie Bulger thing is imo so messed up. As uncomfortable as it may sound the failings were not the end result but what it took to get to it
