I saw it when it came out. I have quite a lot of respect for Donovan Letts, but skinhead is one manifestation of youth culture I have no time for. Whilst is is true that the original skins (my cousin was one) listened to Jamaican music and derived some of their style from West Indians, generally speaking I remember what a bunch of cowardly pack animals they were. There's no escaping the far right links either, that was there pretty much from the beginning.

Never been to Belgium, but I was introduced when in Lille, to some Brown Ale concoction allegedly made by Trappist monks in Belgium. God knows what those monks get up to after quaffing a few of those.
