and what reason would they have for not using a plane? take your hat off a second and concentrate... let's assume the government were behind the attack. they've already flown 2 planes into buildings, in plain sight of 10's of thousands on the ground and hundreds of millions watching on tv. what do you think the clincher was that made them deviate from a fairly fool-proof plan of using planes throughout the plot, to using a missile flying just a few dozen feet above the ground filled to the brim with morning commuters? bush - so we're going with 4 right? cheney - yeah, do you have any better ideas? bush - what about using a missile in one of the attacks instead? using another plane is just too suspicious. cheney - genius! i'll go tell rumsfeld.
