so its just me then <laugh>

thought it was quite spectacular but plot / story wasn't good & became laughable in the last third.
I was quite disappointed in it as i had high hopes so may be affecting my judgement tbf.

oh i fully understand enjoying films even though they are a bit "silly" and i think i may well have enjoyed it if so many reviews hadn't referred to the films realism so i was a bit thrown when it just wasn't <laugh>

Just watched The Snowman, based on the Joe Nesbo book. Very good and very true to the book

There's only 10 episodes in Vikings season 5 right? Amazon only has 10 right now.

If so its ended oddlyon a cliff hanger i suppose.

But I think this mid season stuff is daft if it's not actually filmed. More accurate to say they are doing 2 series a year.

Oh ok... makes sense I suppose. I mean it's not like the history books don't tell us who is a king and what they do

This thing taken on Amazon is also paused after just 4 episodes.

Still waiting for Jack Ryan and man in high castle.

Amazon annoys me that way. Just not enough content at all.

The Nesbo books are very good, similar to The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo books in style.

The Swedish Girl ones are very good, especially considering they were made for TV, the Hollywood version of Girl etc, was awful it was so PC.
