I had no idea that anyone ever abused the concessionaries previously. What I do know that at every game this season, a group of lads 'stand' directly next to us. There are far more lads than seats. Not sure they are abusing the zonal pricing (I don't even know if we are in the most expensive zone) I suspect they just want to 'stand' together in the 'loudest' area of the ground. What it does show though is that there are no current checks and if these lads do it unchecked at every game, many will be doing so to fraudulently abuse the zonal system. Does'nt create a problem for us, at the first few games, as we never quite get there on time we had to shift 'em out of our seats, which they did without any fuss. It is quite amusing, even when we arrive late, they all cram into the area of the seats they have 'legitimately' paid for, but haven't crossed the line into our seats. Having said that, those who have met Dennis....
I've always known it's gone on askew. Pearson has also said about it happening at fc. No idea of the scale of it. But it went on for years. Stewards colluded with it. Remember when a load got sacked. That's why. Oh and for the last time can we stop going on about people moving. Into other. Zones. It does not happen...
Yeah too many have said that it use to happen, so obviously did. Just at the time I never knew it was happening whereas I see it for myself now. From a straw poll of one, I have concluded it is much more prevalent now
So no meeting before the televised game next friday then ? They aren't really trying that hard are they If it was me and I really didn't want any protests then I'd certainly schedule a meeting before then
They've never tried hard. They have set the scene for protests and will manipulate them. It's what they do.
They're not going to agree anything - no-one tells them how to run their business - if they have the meeting and agree nothing then it is reason to have protests on Friday - if there is no meeting when there is still ongoing discussions then there is no reason to have protests as amnesty still on - they're trying to put blame for any protests on the hooligans rather than their intransigence
They didn’t like the fact that were being pushed into agreeing to make changes, so they’re now going to blame the protests for cancelling the Supporters Committee meetings, so they don’t have to change anything.
I'll try and keep this simple for , Chazz. Do you really believe that is their aim? I think it is a consequence of a more focussed attempt to discredit the Trust; I believe the Trust are the single named entity they are obliged to consult with and the one faction who can access many media channels: the main threat to what they see as their credibiliy. We know they have **** all credibility, but...
As most have realised, they never wanted to change anything - as has been said a hundred times, the first meeting was to prevent a protest in front of the Queen at the grand opening, no other reason. They've now been manoeuvered into a corner where they have to give something, or if not, look like the ****s that they are. It's not happening, there'll be no more meetings, and it'll be the fans fault. PS The appeasers and olive branch seekers can go **** themselves.
**** off silly **** with your smug postings. **** knows he just likes to be condescending and cryptic
Any protests will play into the Allams hands and leave the club open the ridicule. Only a mass 100% walk out on 19.04 will do !!
