You can get some eccentrics doing the non-league.

I class myself as one of them before you b******* join in.

 

They are what I call “proper fans”

It’s what British Football is all about - supporting your local club thru thick and thin

The boycott moved on to Abbey Rangers v Epsom and Ewell in the Combined Counties League yesterday.

A low crowd of approximately 40 eccentrics and me watched a poor 0-0 draw. The Epsom fans no doubt would have been pleased with a clean sheet as they had conceded 85 goals before yesterday.

Another ground, programme and badge to add to the collection.

 

and where is Elf today?

 

At present just left Lewes station on the way to Newhaven.

Newhaven v Haywards Heath will get my money today. I might nip over to Dieppe for a beer after!
