Like I say maybe I was unlucky in games I went to... Missed Liverpool and City for example. It seems to have gotten worse every year imo (though that's not unusual for promoted clubs) and I agree on your last part.
I sympathise with this a lot, as I am on a fixed income and football to me is a big luxury which I can only afford a couple of times a season. The crazy thing is that nowadays, only a tiny proportion of a Premier League club’s income comes through the turnstiles, with the massive TV fees and place money. There is absolutely no way to justify charging more than, say, £20 for a home game at St. Mary’s. The club would get more bums on seats, and probably sell a lot more food, drink, and merchandise.
To be honest, you could argue that tickets are being under-priced. I mean, given the power that we apparently have, we're getting a cracking deal. Apparently we're the reason for Puel getting sacked. Apparently we're the reason for the club not replacing Mane or Pelle. Apparently we're the reason for Fraser avoiding relegation to the bench for so long. Apparently we're the reason for the lack of goals. Apparently we're the reason for the progressive slide down the league. Apparently we're the reason for playing Davis ahead of a forward, in a home match against Brighton. All that power in our hands. Makes my season ticket sound cheap. I haven't heard it yet, but I presume we're also the reason why Promes didn't get over the line.
I heard he came to watch a match and heard the following chants; 'We're the Northern, we the Northern, we're the Northern over 'ere' 'We-re the itching, we're the itching, we're the itching over here' And decided on both counts he didn't fancy joining us after all.
Promes heard that our fans sometimes groan when players mishit passes, and decided he wanted the more positive atmosphere of 25,000 Russians hurling racial abuse.

Random predictor thing I used...Imputted all the results up to the end of the season and that's what I've come up with...It all looked curtains for us for a bit during the predictions!
Relax everyone, Ralph says that we have turned it around: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/football...dmits-next-five-games-fundamental-southampton
Not being funny, but what does this actually mean? Do we need to now put fans though an application process? - Do you sing at games...check - Do you wear a Saints shirt to games...check Just wondering.
