pah rubbish. you know I said we are in effect in qf so of 8 teams left the 9/1 isn't exactly great odds.

 

We need to come at least third in the league, in case a British team wins the champion league which is not Liverpool.

I like your over cautious modest assessment

Not far from Djibril Cisse who assesses our attack as the best in Europe and so good that he wouldn’t swap with ANY in the whole wide world. Better than that of Real, Barcelona PSG City and any team you care to mention.

That doesn’t make a difference. Will only be an issue if the team that win finishes 5th and arsenal finish 6th and win the EL

 

The 4th place will be ****ed if City and Arsenal Win the CL and Europa respectively. Highly possible imo so 3rd is safer.

No? 4th will be ****ed if the CL winner and EL winner finish outside the top 4. Otherwise it’ll just be same as it was this year where you have 5 entrants, the top 4 plus the EL winners.

arsenal might but there's enough there to block them unlike Utd last year. Utd has a piss easy run. If arsenal find atletico out and dortmund out fine but they've tests to come in this comp.

city are up against the big lads. the qf. draw might be crucial for them. City are not all that at the back TBH and we showed them up.

cheslea might have the best one off match tactician in the league in conte but they are outsiders for the CL.

a) who has already played and result (risk factoring)
b) how many bets are laid on alread
c) who is ****

It seems obvious that nobody thinks conte can do for barca here... lets see.

Can't see any English clubs winning it this year (again) but it's really promising that there's 5 teams still left in the competition after so many years of disappointment.
Spurs are over rated by the media. They're good, but their record against the top 6 in the PL is awful! They get found out by big teams and they won't get much further in the CL.
City are a great attacking team but their defense is crap if got at like we have showed. There are better attacking teams and individual players in Europe than us imo. I also don't see the same heart or 'spirit' in their squad as in others. Can't see them winning it, but they might well reach the semis.
Chelsea and United
Our record against top teams is really good under Klopp, but any chance of winning is really a pipe dream as I don't think we're consistent enough. Quarter finals though (well, almost) is a good step forward at the very least and something to build on.
