Having a slimming world recipe of Cajun chicken rice..

Is actually pleasant.

 

I had a chicken Kiev sarnie and 4 cans of guinness for afters.

The life of a single man on valentines eve.

 

Harissa chicken and chickpea salad. Nice!

 

Beef stew with a portion of cabbage and leeks. Was ****ing lush.

Was hoping to swerve the beer but as I'm more or less on holiday anyway will wash it down with a couple of Boston lagers.

 

Crispy Duck with noodles, cabbage in oyster sauce with pickled ginger and green chillies.

Yeah slow cooked beef with all the Taco **** with it.

I work till 7 so come home and get what im given at the moment

 

I work till 7:30 but once or twice a week I cook for the kids I work with - They wanted Taco's today, so they're getting Taco's

 

I'm currently working with kids too, just teaching though so not in the same way as you.

Thankfully dont have to cook for the blighters.

My kids wish I'd cook more for them though

 

Tonight I will be making slow cooked lamb with a pepper and feta salsa and a tomato bulgar wheat.

 

Sounds lovely until the last part.

 

I'm going to make a pork bone stew with mashed potato and pak choi.

 

I make a really nice tomato bulgar.

 

And gravy?
