I know you cant say who but I trust your So.......are you suitably impressed Taff? or not as the case may be .
Yes - assuming it happens, and there's many a slip between cup and lip, the appointment would be pretty impressive.
Like the sound of that, as long as he is a coach who likes to play rugby rather than the negative dross we have been served up In recent years.
The Ospreys team to play Southern Kings at the Liberty Stadium on Friday kick off 19.35 is as follows: 15 Dan Evans 14 Jeff Hassler 13 Kieron Fonotia 12 Owen Watkin 11 Dewi Cross 10 Sam Davies 9 Tom Habberfield 1 Rhodri Jones 2 Sam Parry 3 Ma’afu Fia 4 Adam Beard 5 James King 6 Olly Cracknell 7 Justin Tipuric 8 Rob McCusker (Capt) REPLACEMENTS 16 Scott Otten 17 Nicky Smith 18 Dmitri Arhip 19 Guy Mercer 20 Will Jones 21 Reuben Morgan-Williams 22 Luke Price 23 Hanno Dirksen Dewi Cross makes his Guinness PRO14 debut
Cant say this appointment excites me, still looks like another cheap option and cant remember the blues backs making me sit up and watch. http://www.ospreysrugby.com/News/Article/51424
I hope so, but surely he should or would have a day in his backroom. Highly regarded by who, did inspire Worcester, Bristol of the Blues. and not exactly top clubs, relegation fodder. Still maybe I am being harsh, but if they want the fans to come back then they need to play winning entertaining rugby.
If he was 'local', I suspect that he would want people he's worked with previously, but he's not .......
Not unless Ron was born in the Southern Hemisphere ...... ..... and I know that my old friend wasn't !
Talking to fans the consensus is Filo Tiatia is very close to being named as head coach.....A Good choice imo if it is....
Would it be fair to say, that without a major input of cash not much will change at the Ospreys, never mind who the coach is ?
