Has the Top 6 been reduced to a Top 5 now?

With a group below chasing the main pack...such as - Arsenal, Burnley, Leicester and Everton.

Arsenal with Wenger are ****ed and once he leaves the re build will set them back further.

The Russian gangster seems to be getting bored of his toy too, when a billionaire tightens his purse strings, you know your days are numbered.

Can’t see it changing in the near future.

Goons will eventually dump Whinger and come again.

But Spurlock has a point about the Chavs. The owner has cut way back on his spending. Have to see where it goes next.

Yeah, same problem for us. Be interesting to see how they handle it.

The cost is bound to rise, as it’s done with ours

Like on a much lower level, Sunderland were once a prem team with a billionaire owner. Now he's given up, possibly heading for league1.

Billionaires can make a club, they can also break them.

Yeah yours hasn't risen that much though has it?

Wasn't theirs quoted as a billion to begin with and the whole idea seems so unfeasible imo.

Chelsea have a number of big problems with their planned stadium.

Firstly and most importantly ... it looks ****ing hideous.

Secondly, as the cost of steel and iron continue to rise the risk of JTs dad turning up in a van and nicking it is a massive concern.

Thirdly, what the **** is up with that design?

Fourthly, the cost of a billion pounds does not make sense when you consider that it is a ****ing monstrosity of a stadium. It'll be the elephant man of London grounds.

Finally ... 5 years is a long time to be away from home. Spurs could begin build the ground and doing work on the foundations a year before we actually moved out.
Apparently Chelsea have to knock the ground down, clear it, dig down as it will be lower in the ground like Barcelona's ground. Then do the work on the foundations, reclaim the steel and iron from JTs dad, then build it. No idea why that all takes 5 years when spurs have only need 2 years.

Ps it is gonna be one ugly mo fo ground

Yeah ours is up to a £bn now (supposedly).

Though I'm unsure if that if fee is solely for the new stadium or the whole project in general, which includes a hotel, retail complex, improving WHL station plus other things.

<laugh> **** wumming, on a par with something HIAG would come out tbh.

Arsenal are ****e at the moment, but not nearly as **** as Liverpool have been over the last decade. We'll come good again, but it might not happen until Wenger goes and we finally get a proper defence and coach the players not to fold like a sack of ****.

Unless Roman gets bored of his plaything, then he's always going to pump his rubles in to try and match City. Utd might stumble for a while when they realise that Maureen can't win anything unless he spend £200m every season and the Spuds are a flash in the pan until they have to start flogging their best players to pay for the stadium.

Have to agree, the new stadium design looks ****ing hideous.
Looks like a giant egg slicer.
It looks like a dystopian prison complex from a Planet of the Apes movie.
Spurs new Stadium looks awesome, as does the Emirates and our looks like a pile of ****, from the outside at least.
Am sure it will be nice inside, but really? Thats the best ****ing design they could come up with?

I don't agree, I think it looks modern and because a design is different to the normal stadia doesn't make it Ugly. It looks gladiatorial i.e. Romanesque (no pun intended)

We unlike the Spuds are more restricted with available space and have had to include redevelopment of Fulham broadway station. It's quoted as being circa £500 million build but no doubt like the spuds it will escalate to over a billion.
