Dexter, on breeding you are probably correct to be worried if ground turned to soft for Bullock Harbour, although sire Second Empire seemed to handle cut in the ground. Dam side difficult, don't know much about Deep Run other than there's plenty of stamina with his progeny. Good/Yielding ground would be perfect for Bullock Harbour IMHO.

    Hello lads.

Nothing really excites today tbh, although I may have a moderate e.w. interest in House Rules in the 6.20 at Killarney.

This one changed hands for £110,000 last October after hosing up in a Punchestown bumper and makes his fencing bow today.Rated 114 over timber,he has always looked a chaser and is with top class connections.

He has track form and the easing of the ground will help.Andrew Lynch always impresses me over fences and,at 6/1,he should at least get placed in a trappy event and hopefully win.

Red,agree but wouldn't want the going to deteriorate much more.He has won a poor event at Listowel on yielding but his best form is on fast ground.

    GL anyone having a punt.

WELL WELL--theres no way anyone can match the CHUCKLE BROTHERS on here--do they ever lose???
i knew someone on another forum with a similar mojo, and he was/is a champion shadow catcher.

well pleased at getting the PPOT up at lucksin downs yesterday,so i bought a magic carpet and took a ride to the court of the crimson king.

had king kenny dagliesh in the club for a few pints and a game of doms--he mentioned that he will have two winners at carlisle today with hannagan riding.

Red: No info but that one probably brings the best form to the race however at the prices Tim Vaughans Piment D'Estruval could make them all go. Wins have been at 2m and losses have been when upped in distance. The jockey takes off another 5lb today so may be able to win <ok>

Redcgull,he's a bold front runner.I remember him weakening late on at the Punchestown Festival in the race Dr Whizz won after looking the winner turning in.

He does seem to get caught late on regularly and runs off 10lb higher than his Irish mark here, although that hasn't been an issue for other raiders.

HDB has to be taken seriously when sending them over here, even though Ffos Llas is easily accessed from his western Irish base. One win from 27 attempts isn't inspiring and AL stays at home to ride another DB runner at Killarney, the one I alluded to earlier in the thread.

AP good deputy mind you and I suppose he will be backed on that basis. It isn't easy assessing his home form in the context of this race though.GL if you have a go :emoticon-0148-yes:.

Cheers Dexter... Not good reading that 1 from 27...!!! Do many of the Irish yards come over to Ffos... Its still a track ive to get my head around with trainer form or jockey form really... I cant see many trends...

GDC - I like Tim Vaughan as a trainer and have had a few winners off him recently. I did pick West With The Wind this morning but im changing my mind... again...!!!

    Cheers...

What a let down Book em Danno was in the first race at Ffos Las. Seemed like Denis O'Regan was stuggling to control him. Mind i thought Mccoy made a good ride on Snow Blizzard.

Just waiting on one more for my first Treble of the Day. :)
