Its a pity we couldn't get Jimmy Bullard playing for us he is such a good footballer, Np didn't like him so his attitude got worse as time went on. How many people have struggled in their job because of personality clashes. We certainly could have used him at his best or even his average game. I am glad he's gone tho'.
Not the same thing. It's doubtful but he still could take some action for compensation; although I think City got him bang to rights and he would be wasting his time.
There will be dancing in the streets of Hull tonight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He could have gone to the premiership.............. yeah right! Like there was a queue for his signature. It's too early in the season for ANY premiership side to be that desparate yet. The only club who would offer him terms (other than pay as you play) is one that got dicked 7-0 in their last game and signed Ibrahimo Sonko to bolster their defence!!!!! Good luck Ipswich.
For him to sign for Ipswich, we obviously released his registration, but we have no confirmation that he agreed to anything to facilitate that release. The appeal won't happen, as he's obviously now at another club, so being re-instated is no longer a practical proposition. But unless he's agreed to no further action, to get his contract released, then I think he can still take court action to dispute that he was in breach of contract.
Just tweeted by the Fail..... PJBuckingham Philip Buckingham I'm told City have agreed to release JB's registration but this is not the end of the appeal process. Suspect it could run and run.
Rumour has it that the pre-season escapade was the only time Pearson hadn't seen Jimmy "limp"........get it?
Perhaps with the FA/FL but I doubt employment and/or contract law would take the same view. Don't get me wrong, I'll be glad when this is closed, but I think some people are confusing seperate issues. People posting that it proves he's guilty (of what?) are simply adding to Jimmy's compensation case should he make one. As it stands nothing has been challenged so nothing has been proven.
So Ipswich were probably the only club to offer Bullard a 2 year deal with a guaranteed salary rather than pay as you play. Just so that it doesn't look bad on city I really hope it doesn't work out for him at Ipswich. People will continue to blame our current staff if it does work out for him.
i hope he breaks a leg. I'm not even joking. It's harsh but I've been asking for him to **** off for two years now.
First name on the teamsheet come March 10th - step forward one Nicky Barmby. I hope Nick breaks his whole face.
as somebody who backed ipswich to go up, its fair to say the 1st few weeks of the season didn go too well....cant pretend this transfer doesnt please me, if we arent going to reap the benefits of the best player in the league, im at least glad a team i have cash on, will do.
