    Not at all my friend - a win at our place and a loss at yours - we will share the spoils this season!

    The reason I say this, because the return leg will be you pushing for promotion and we will be safely in mid-table playing for nothing.

    As I say, Pompey fan first, football fan second!

    I'm never one to make excuses - ok, I am of the ilk that its less games to play - and with our ageing Kanu, we all know that is only a good thing! :)

    You have 12 points from your first 4 games, putting 5 past Ipswich on their turf...... OK, Ipswich then went and shipped 7 on the Saturday, but still - its evident for anyone to see that you have a class outfit, nice stadium, a youth set-up that would make any premiership team jealous!

    If you aren't knocking on the door of at least the play off's at the end of the season, I think most of you, after the start you have had, would feel a little disappointed!

    Enjoy the success - we both know how easy it is to crash and burn!

    Oh, don't get me wrong, I am passionate - but why should I feel a hate for a team that have never done anything wrong to me personally?

    I will always have a smirk on my face if we win and you lose come 4:45 on a Saturday - but so what?

    What is so hard to believe that someone would like to see the South Coast as a unit progress through the leagues?

    40 years ago, many saints fans used to come to PFC to watch and vice versa - my dad still tells me stories of going down to the dingly dell when PFC were away up north somewhere. There was never any problems......

    ......it seems a small few will always spoil the peace!

    Fair enough...Your definitely the most kind and honest Pompey fan I've ever spoke too and hopefully theres alot like you, because if there was then the rivalry wouldn't be so aggressive. <ok>
