Phil Buckingham - Found Nigel Adkins strangely subdued afterwards but credit for the win goes to him. Two players recalled get the goals and the other pops up with an assist. Felt like a big victory. #hcafc

Probably huge pressure been building up and he's had to carry it alone. Just relief now.

If he has found the magic formula then hope he deosn't tinker too much - he did say he'd have to change things around though in the coming weeks with the amount of games.. If Toral is hot wings for us, Wilson could be the tandoori masala

Disgraceful dive in the sheff u game.
Two disgraceful dives by Norwich. That little **** Maddison who threw himself all over against us.

One against us by Preston last week.

Hate to see it and refs are falling for it.

Went today played very well, went one nil up which was a great start, favourite moment their fans standing up cheering when we missed the penalty 30seconds later they sound sat down again. Thought overall we had much the better chances and well deserved the win, for me Larson stood out amongst some very good performances. Three very good points

    Just watching motd.
Harry can seem to do no wrong in the press. But every time I see him he makes mistakes for goals.

What a really pleasant surprise waking up to see we won, never expected it, but credit to Nigel for playing Wilson and Keane who both sound like they had good games. Pity Larsson, who was very good by all accounts, picked up his yellow to miss 2 matches, but I guess it was going to happen sometime. Certainly a very needed win, and to get out of the bottom 3 a good psychological plus I would think.

I have never got it with Harry, I thought he was massively overrated. With us, he made more mistakes than anyone in our squad. He does a couple of Beckenbauers, which never actually comes to anything and nothing else matters, everyone is blinded.

I regularly posted that I’d like to see him in midfield. He could be like Bernd Schuster.

Sorry to be that miserable **** , but I never realised Forest were in such poor form until I just watched The championship highlights, I know it probably mentions in the Thread , but I never read it all ( Don't Tell Chazz) ... credit for us for doing the job and hopefully we will build , but that is the key now building on it, people talking like the hard work is done because we are out the bottom 3 , but swallows and summers etc , next 2 league games will be much tougher , and will give an indication if we have really turned a corner or not

This two goals and three points is all well and good, but does anyone know how we did in the warm-up? Is that what Nigel’s subdued about?

Third post of the thread. I'm hurt

    Match facts
    • Nottingham Forest have lost each of their past four home league games against Hull since winning 2-0 in March 1977 under Brian Clough.
    • The Tigers have not lost twice in the league against Forest in the same season since 1974-75.
    • Forest have not lost five consecutive home league matches since January 2012 (a run of six).
    • Hull have collected just 11 from a possible 99 points in their past 33 away league games (W1 D8 L24).
    • Forest have lost four of their previous five Championship games against sides starting the day in the relegation zone.
    • The Tigers are starting consecutive Championship matchdays in the relegation zone for the first time since January 2007 under Phil Brown.
