I just said him because he's not too memorable compared to dawson, elliott, price etc

 

Chris Bettney , was my fave player at the time , I had low expectations

I am (slowly) compiling a website that will eventually detail every player that’s ever turned out for City. I’ve got all the data sorted, now I’m plodding through the production of pages.

Luton , I think? Remember watching them on sky desperate for them to lose

 

I think I’m struggling to remember cos Oxford were the main rival all that season and then after we dicked em 4-2 they fell apart and blew it.

Ian Ormondroyd I know he was on loan and scored 6 in 10 games but he was all over the place when you watched him. I saw him score for us against Bristol Rovers (at Twerton Park in Bath) and I swear it came off the back of his head.

I think a lot of the guys that come to mind were during the firefighting days after dropping out of the PL for the first time.

Tijani Belaid, Rowan Vine, Dele Adebola, David Amoo to name a few..

 

Who was that tricky **** winger from Bolton who Brown was really excited about but he was ****e? Did he go to West Aaaaaaaam?

 

Brown signed Stelios Giannakopoulos from Bolton, although he went back to Greece after us. Possibly someone else you're thinking of?

 

Nah this kid was on loan n’ black. I thought Ricardo Gardner for a min, it was someone like him.

To be honest, he was one of those loan players who everyone remembers as being **** but was only here for a month or so, was a young kid at the time and didn't get much opportunity.

 

I literally remembered him then came to type it. Knew the Ricardo bit was familiar.
