They have charged him so... well... I think rodriguez should take player and FA to court for slander/libel whichever... just spend a million quid just as a test case

if he's so adamant if never happened then clearly he should get the lawyers in and scare the fa into submission.

 

from what i've seen/heard he is looking into taking legal action against Bong.

 

I don’t know what is claimed to have been said, all I know from that one is that he pinched his nose and waved his hand as if if to say you stink.

I guess must must have been a reference to where he’s from or colour for it to be taken that seriously and been charged though.

Has to be done correctly, if Bong is telling lies it should be a harsh punishment.

 

What if he's not lying? What if he genuinely believes what he's saying is true but isn't?

 

If there's no proof the FA shouldn't be charging people at all, he has to defend himself now and getting lawyers involved is a good move imo

 

You're quite right saint. Those who participate regularly on here know each others general views on certain issues, players etc. We have no control over randoms who visit occasionally to have a pop based, seemingly, on nothing other than that's how they like to represent themselves on here. Why have a proper discussion when you can have a whinge instead

IMO if either "victims" were found to have made it up they should be rounded on by the kick it out groups etc. The whole point of the campaign is to enable and support real victims of abuse to report and get it stamped out.

If people start fake reporting to gain advantage they are seriously low individuals.

 

Again, I agree with this but it is so easy to claim you heard something and then have it out down as a misunderstanding or mistake. Easy to mis-hear something, especially considering the different accents in the PL

 

I've just seen Bennetts tackle(?) on Sane for the first time ........how the **** does the ref only give a yellow for that?
And Bennetts second yellow is worthy of a red aswell. No wonder Pep was pissed off.

My reply to you was based on the usual yourself and Astro putting arguments foward just for the sake of dissagreeing with Tobes...You dont know anything other than newspaper truth probably the same as Tobes and the rest of us to be fair you missed the sarcasm once again unfortunately...
Basically if Tobes said black is black you and durr brains would argue black and blue its white simples...

1. nobody minds you getting a new ground I think.

2. nobody minds the area it's going as part of a regeneration of an area that could be great for the city.. I think.

3. nobody minds you being supported by the council to the extent it's fair for all... I think.

4. the question is this... if the mayor of another city did was reputed to support his club (out of his way, pushing hard) I think most of us would question if it is

a. a conflict of interest

b. unfair aid compared to other clubs just like West ham got.

btw I think West ham deal is the absolute dodgiest thing I've seen.... only time will tell if Boris Johnson is found out on it.

nobody (I think ) wants to believe or accuse anyone of that level of dodgy but it's clear a mega Everton fan is in a position where he can be seen to be compromised. and I think that's the min of this discussion?
