I remember my first week on here there was me and Showoff and our board needed a mod Showoff won by 1 vote to nil you all have my respect Bucks that's why in seven years iv never put in 1 single complaint just deal with it in my own way when needed
Tbph i banned Glory this time, thing is then reading comments those that are less favourable to Glory don't get passed on. But im not getting into this other than to say if Minxy had not supported unbanning Glory, he would still be banned. I had several weeks of private messages complaining about Glory - i ignored and deleted them. Within a short period of Minxy's return to the site, Glory starts with his usual snide comments. Follow all that with additional PM complaints, i just got ****ed off with it and banned the guy. Then we get the usual expected melt down, first in line Ell threatening to leave, then bucks telling me people are leaving. The most refreshing message came from Don who genuinely seemed to want to resolve the situation and i left a message thanking him for that. People get banned on this site, things calm down and then they come back, but whenever anything involves Glory it turns into a big girls blouse. I get your own mods like to be kept informed but they don't see our inboxes and why should we put up with his snide comments, we run this site for ****ing free. Also people that are complaining don't want to go to your own mods, take Ell as prime example, i ban Glory and Ell disappears how can people trust your moderation under those conditions! Glory lights the match and then watches the board burn. Yeah blame admin but it always has one denominator...GLORY! No disrespect to you lads but as i said if it was solely down to me Glory would be banned. I've had my say now i'll **** off and leave you to him.
she is just doing a thankless job that like Roy says they do it for free. now where can I buy some bleach ?
If you have PM complaints,you should direct them to our mods,Its their job,only when they can't cope should you guys become involved,sure Glory winds plenty up,but many are friends away from this site which you never see,so you don't get the whole picture.

Cheese are PM's not private? And should your own mods not be trying to resolve the situation rather than threatening to leave - how do i ensure fairness under those conditions.
