Well I’ve had one of the biggest ****shows of a week ever, possibly top five in my life to date. So over to Saints to make it all seem a lot better please!

I’ve made him captain too, in the hope (as usually happens with my dream team captain) he has a terrible game and hardly gets any points. Happy to sacrifice my dream team score if Saints do ok!
After all the scouser's whingeing about bad decisions I just hope the ref doesn't fold and give them everything.

Its funny, Liverpool have a game away to Porto on Weds night, which is far more important than this little old trip down to the south coast. But anyone thinking he'll be resting one or two will be disappointed. Klopp will be scared to death at losing this one and inviting more media negativity onto his squad and flash new boy. Hope we go hard and fast in the first ten, set the tone.
Salah is my captain this week. I've also got Mane and Firmino. So a big handicap facing Liverpool already. It's basically the equivalent of Saints having a 1-0 headstart and smaller goals.

I remember getting the following morning's paper after this game and cutting out the report and pictures and sticking it to a scrapbook of all things Southampton!! I doubt kids do things like that anymore!
