I binned the stuff the tattooist give me. It was dead hard and awkward to put on. I'm covering myself in Bepanthen now to keep it moist.
Erm, it says it has petrolatum in it. Is that petrol? My plasterer told me it's what he's always used and he's been fine
It's black and grey. I didn't get a colour tat. I've just went straight to google about this stuff, but a lot of people seem to think it's okay... https://www.boards.ie/b/thread/2056597486
I've been sat reading for the last hour and it seems every year people get told something different about what they should and shouldn't use. It's just one of them things I reckon.
I've had 3 sausage sandwiches and my usual shake. Now I'm off to walk the dog before heading to the gym for my 11am session. Feeling good today
3 sausage sandwiches. I'm craving that ****. I've done my training for today already, shoulders and abs today. 4 sets clean & press. 3 sets of 1.5 lat raises. 3 sets hex shrugs. 12 mins HIIT Battle ropes. Everything supersetted with some variation of crunches.
Had hormonal Mrs last night so cracked open a Chablis and some chocolate biscuits. Been running at 6am most morns so OK. Got a weekend away with 18 mates, we've ordered 26 red, 15 white, multiple bottles of Chav juice (Prosecco for the girls), beers, Four Roses, Plantation, Bas Armagnac Plus muswells, Niki Lauda, changa, shatter and nitrous. Not going to be a healthy weekend!
Great squash match last night. Was serving at 13-12 to win the ****er three nil and ended up winning the decider 15-10 for a 3-2 win. Proper 30 minutes of hard work. Felt broken this morning. Only got time for a quick gym 45 minutes after work tonight so plan on a leg session of deadlifts and squats and see what else I can fit in around it. 20 min run to start I think, that won't be possible after the legs! Some agency **** just brought me in a bag of donuts. ****er. Had to have one with the morning Americano!
Twisted my ankle this morning out on the bike. Pedal strike with a rock doing some knots coming downhill and forced the ****er back at an unnatural angle. Sore as **** at the moment, so I'm on the sofa this afternoon with it elevated and gonna read a book about Vancouver Island in prep for my trip in May.
Skiing next week Pisk. It's come around very quickly, can't fookin wait. Got all the gear now, bar the stuff for the kids, site is sorted. The van is prepped and ready, although I've got to do another snow chain trial run on the weekend as they are an utter **** to put on. God know's what it'll be like if I have to do that in snow, freezing cold, half way up the alps! The conditions look superb and there's no snow forecast for next weekend so hopefully I won't have to use those chains. Dreading the drive though, what with my moaning brood sat behind me whinging for 24 hours.
It'll be so much fun mate. One for the family to remember forever Just remember that shorter skis are easier to do that funny sideways walk in and they are a bit more manouverable. And if you do any snowboarding, you will need abs like a MMA fighter just to pull yourself to a standing position. Enjoy
