Having read that Glory is banned form the forum I will taking a self enforced break from here until the matter is resolved and the ban is lifted. In my opinion Glory has been the model of restraint in recent months and has been the one trying to build bridges sometimes in the face of blatant provocation.

Good shout from 60 about the captain because Cooper isnt the man. Yes Coops plays the part off the field but even though he has had some great games this season he's still a liability and think he is 3rd choice CB for me. Whoever heard of the players having a vote for skipper? Berardi has what a captain needs which is respect of the management and all the players, but Berardi isnt good enough to play every game now. Pontus was my original choice as he has commitment, steel, drive but wonder if extra responsibility will see him earning more cards. Wish Viera was a more driven individual as a young skipper can work when he is respected for his talent, his old head on young shoulders like Jonny Howson. Forshaw would now be favorite as the rest in the middle wont play every game

Good morning all,surprised Glorry got a ban,he is a real character on here and i found his posts entertaining and sometimes informative if not controversial,but that's what this place is for isn't it,a good debate.so to me that bans a load of bollox.So on to the footy,i must admit my initial reaction to PH apointment was of a knee jerk one,i just looked at his stats,Barnsley near bottom & worse form than us (it's true) but now seeing the bigger picture & the possible potential that radz and others have seen,we will hopefully see a big upturn in results.He could not have come in for a first tougher game Sheff Utd away.They gave us the runaround last time (like most teams are doing now) i for one won't be looking for the result,so much as the attitude of the players during and after the game,as this could tell a lot,i know its his first game in charge and rome wasn't built in a day,but a positive display from the team would mean so much to us all.All the best to Paul and we wish you a happy & very successful future from everyone connected to the club & fans alike

It is news to me that Glory is banned. I can only assume that it has to do with the childish exchange of views which should have been stopped by all parties weeks ago.This board will be much poorer without his banter.I await his speedy return.
