Haven't lost too much strength, so was pleased with that. 10 mins blast on the bike for a warm up, nice new bikes in the gym. Fasted workout, whey isolate post, Oats with pumpkin and blueberries for breakfast. Just having my lunch pt 1 now wholewheat pasta with a jar of tuna, peppers, toms and sweetcorn. Hungry today.
Good sesh tonight. Couldn't get anywhere near the bench after a 10 minute bike warm up so did a 30 minute run. Followed that up with bench press, flies, tricep pull downs and finished with some squats, 4 x 8 of each. Spoiling it a bit with a couple of Brooklyn Brown Ales and Boston lagers watching Swansea but it's good beer so **** it.
Good 45 this morning, sprints on the treadmill for a few mins, front squats, zerchers, splits and jumps, box jumps and 12 mins on the bags. Forgot my shower gel, but found some in the shower... some sort of tropical flavour radox. Needs must.
It was so ****ing cold mate. Great to get in the water and the surf was lovely, but **** me the pain was intense. Took me about half an hour to find my bollocks afterwards as they'd retreated to warmer places !
I am going to weigh myself on sunday Morning . Then cut out all beer and junk food , start riding my bike and see how I am in a month .

Just under 2 stone, I've put on in a little over 5 weeks. All natural too before people say steroids. Last year after my Mam died, I turned into a mess. I wasn't eating or training, just sitting smoking about 15 joints a day. I lost loads of weight. I've packed the smoke in now and I'm having 6 meals a day, boxing twice a week and lifting weights 4 days a week. I only have Sunday off. Most people, like yourself it seems, always need to get their weight down and go overweight easy. I'm the opposite, I always lose it really quickly and I have to really fight to get t back on and keep it on.
Thanks mate. I'm paying my PT £500 a month but the results speak for themselves, I've never had gains like this in my life. It's Jamaica that's motivating me to get it right/perfect for going away with the bairn after I ****ed it up last time we were due to go there. I can feel myself coming back to natural happiness though and it's starting to feel amazing.
