Indeed. Way too many people got ahead of themselves after the Everton game. One game is just that, one game. I'd love it if he's turned the corner, but no-one can convince me today that he has. Only time can do that. Christ, it was only a matter of days ago that we limped to a home draw vs Brighton.
I want to believe the best (as do many Saints' fans) so it only takes a little run for me to get excited....but this close to the end of the season that is all it will take. The possibility that it would only take a bad run now to spell disaster is not to be considered.

Yeah....want niggling minor misery to be visited on the evil ones, especially if that also punishes Liverpool, but permanent injury or death may be a tad over the top (only just a tad, mind you).
Saw that picture, but don't know about a suspension. I can imagine Liverpool not laughing about a valuable sportsman being daft....mind you, he won't be the first, though most are more professional now.
