In years gone by , they were the bees knees , in recent times they have been caught nappping .

Their stuff look fantastic , but is no longer up there with the best when it comes to sound quality , or picture quality . Just my opinion though .

CCTV is a strange one for me, having been involved when it first started to take off

Initial tests were actually done in Scotland then rolled over into england.

As soon as they rolled over to england, crime rose in Scotland because people wanted to be on CCTV

The worst cock up was that in the early days if you were caught on CCTV but didn't acknowledge it was you they had to let you go as the evidence couldn't be used in court.

    Overall not a fan tbh

Problem is that things were made to last. Kenwood, pioneer, Mercedes Benz etc

Now people change every year or so and manufacturers don't want things to last

I was talking to a Nike person years ago who said they changed the composition of their clothing from lasting a year or do to 3 months or so as it goes out of style and people chuck it anyway

You got to start somewhere mate. Just give it a go

Its like when I joined a gym back in the day. A mate was at the same gym and i was bench pressing the barbell bar basically

Of course he took the piss saying "is that all you can lift?". And I said " if I could bench press 100 ****ing kilos I wouldn't need to be here would I?"

It may found silly, but from the inside out CCTV doesn't stop crime it does help catch the criminal and that is a massive minus

Police always use the patrol car argument to say they can get to scenes of crime quicker but again this is after the crime

Secretly they agree more bobbies would mean less crime due to a visible presence. Something CCTV and patrol cars don't for as effectively as bobbies on the best did

No mate. I'm only just younger at 46

Pool is not exactly taxing. Used to be the old fellas in snooker halls back in the day I see why now.

That said all these new snooker and pool places are marketed at the younger crowd, hence getting my own table

My old man was well into fitness training and my 19 year old was shocked to walk in on him doing press ups, squats and sit ups at 75. Made my 19 yr old sign up to a gym
