Trying to be objective, he obviously has something about him or he wouldn’t have achieved what he has. But, on recent evidence, and certainly that of last night, he seems to have lost the dressing room for some reason. He certainly won’t be at Chelsea much longer.
He is a very good manager. But its just not the right fit for Chelsea. The right fit for Chelsea is a guy who shuts the **** up, is a tactical genius, has no opinion on anything, and can mould a team of mediocre £30m crocked ******s, picked for him by someone else, into title winning legends. (Hint: this person doesn't exist)
I think he is obviously a good manager and there is something quite likeable about him. Does seem Mourinho managed to really wind him up. I hope Chelsea keep him as he is Wengers bitch. I do think there must be something going on behind the scenes though that is having an impact on the pitch.
Don't mind Conte ... doesn't make you immediately want to slap his face like Smugminho ... what I don't really get is Abramovic - the bloke may possibly have a very small penis because he exhibits classic inadequacy traits ... brings in a new manager and backs them impressively .... initially ... until they have success ... but shortly after each Chelsea manager wins something and the paparazzi start waxing lyrical, Romo appears to develop a deep, abiding and irrational resentment of the individual and attempts to completely undermine them and force them out ... bizarre behaviour ... suspect he will only be truly happy if he is the manager himself and wins something ... very strange individual.
harsh. By all accounts i don't think Conte wanted half the players we bought. He sure as hell hasn't been picking them. Whoever is in charge of buying these average (and injured when they've arrived) players needs shot. If it was conte then his fault but the way he's been moaning about our signings i don't think it's him. Although he should have just got on with the job Agree though Mourinhos proper done a job on him lol i wouldn't say he's lost the dressing room. Last night the players tried to get back into the game but after conceding the 2nd, they were running on empty and with 3 players not defending because they cant (fabregas, hazard giroud) then its no surprise we got tonked when we were down to 10. I would say he's handled this period horribly. Our players look knackered after playing every 3/4 days since the christmas period and he has not rotated very well at all instead sticking with his core players even in the Cups. His football is pretty intensive anyway (they work hard to be defensive) so that hasn't helped. He's been stubborn about playing other players and his tactics of late have been pretty bad so he hasn't helped himself. Bakayoko looks done and needs to be taken out of this system as we have absolutely nothing in the middle in terms of passing ability
It seems that all your managers have the same problem. Supposedly this Russian tart, who’s name I can’t remember, who’s Abramovich’s DoF - or more accurately, guard dog.
Marina Granovkskia. She stopped us getting Dzeko because she introduced this ridiculous 1 year contract bollocks for players over 30. Conte has nearly walked out twice because of her bullshit. She is a cancer.
Conte doesn't sign his own players blah blah blah what a load of bollocks. Managers give the list of players to the person charged with getting the job done and if they can't get them there's others on the shortlist. Conte's a Kentucky Fried Dickhead and I've absolutely no doubt whatsoever that he's missing his top targets and getting players lower down the list.
been like that for ages at Chelsea. Jose got the treatment too when we were signing players like salah and KDB (ironically) and baba rahman.
Conte certainly tells them what players he wants, the problem is, Marina and her team of douchebags never deliver. Her primary objective is to keep our wage bill down.
I agree with this.....Abramovich does it all for his own ****s and giggles. If he thinks for one moment someone else is running the show...bye bye. It's his money and it's his toys
