Hit and miss with me. Have enjoyed going back to the gym but so far since new year the best I've managed is twice in a week. Played squash once a week, that's a decent 30 minute blast. I put more weight on immediately after Christmas but have shed a few lbs now. Have got nowhere near my aim of losing half a stone by end of Jan though. Will be going for it more in Feb, a week skiing will help too.
Generally 'cheat' should be limited to a single meal, I've seen you reference entire cheat days and now nights You're doing better than me though.
My last shake of the day. 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder, 50g of oats, 1 banana and 2 scoops of peanut butter and just over half a pint of milk, all blended together. Lovely stuff.
January isn't a quiet month for me, there's a couple of birthdays and had other nights out and stuff. February and March tend to be less so. Although the weekly work food/beer night is the killer. Could do with it being every other week really.

To be fair, it was exciting in the days of Nikki Lauda and James Hunt. But only because it came with a high risk of death and mayhem.
Sorry mate only just seen this. About 750-800 I'd imagine depends how big the scoops of Peanut Butter were. I'm back at the gym tomorrow, will report in on here how it goes tomorrow. I'll ease myself in with a nice chest & tri session. Probably do myself in on my first set of dips and go to the coop for some Doritos.
Yoga tonight. Did the trick, feel nicely stretched. Will do nice gym session tomorrow, play squash Wednesday then also gym Thursday.
