it matches everything I heard in match replays bar them talking into mic to 4th official

The only thing you could hear for sure was the assistant saying "he was offside but if Loovren (his pronunciation) touched it then it's a penalty" you couldn't hear the ref so if there is a transcript with the refs words in it then it must be recorded, if so then the 4th officials response should be on the recording too.

 

Might be in the same room as Klopp when being asked to explain himself to the FA

yes there is a recording. ..its skys ...you know it's easy to clean up a recording. .been doing it for a while. even easier with digital recordings

So no...4th official won't be on it ....

 

I could hear them both clearly. I thought at the time it was the linesman saying "I don't know if he touched it" so Moss was going with his thought that Lovren touched it. The fact that it was Moss saying he didn't know, and then gave the penalty, means his career is over.

 

So for all we know the 4th might have said "not my call mate, make your own mind up" which would mean Moss made a great call on his own. Good officiating all round

All I heard for sure was the lino say "he was offside if Loovren didn't touch it but if he did it's a penalty", never heard a word Moss said, did you?
