They wouldn't have bought anyone if it was that malicious. They're hoping to do it on the cheap. But I bet our players are on a lot More than prestons are, or millwall or Barnsley or Bolton. These players need to look at themself after today's game.
That line has been rolled out, not solely by people on here Chazz, but the playing staff also for the best part of 15 games, leading to the departure of Slut. FFS, lonely last week Meyler was saying it wasn't good enough. No lessons have been learnt, no one has taken responsibility and if its to be believed, the one person who should of been handing out rollickings, letting there youngsters on loan and new contracted players how important Hull City was to the people of this city, decided he was going to do one as well. No manager would come here, so we ended up with an out of work, overlooked, outdated, glass half full manager. Wages doesn't come into it. Oh and they have done it on the cheap... !!!
This is a beautiful, tragic tale which gripped my very soul. I can’t wait to see how it ends. Will Captain Ehab go down with the ship, will First Mate Adkin be cast adrift in an open boat, will Bosun Dawson ever appear above decks again. Hells Bells.. this tale has got everything.
The bad ending to this plot is, that is and when the ship is under the water line, the one that survives will be Captain Escab with the treasures safely in a box along side him.
It’s just football cliches, truth be told non of them give a ****, which has filtered down from the owners
When a bang average player is getting paid a week what many ordinary people will earn in a year it's hard to see where the motivation comes from.
And Tiger Nation as a whole don't give a ****. Most ****ed off ages ago. Many care but chose to boycott. I'm in the deluded 'not letting those ****ers dictate how I spend my Saturdays and will protest while attending', but in reality....
Just got back. If 2+2=5, what is a Nigel Adkins? Irvine on the wing, hoofball to two willing but aimless runners at the other end of the pitch. Meyler outpaced by a tortoise in the middle of the pitch which incidentally had more spacial awareness than the aforementioned. Bowen has really been practicing those corners this week, tried them out against Leeds and were so successful he continued to over hit to the far end of the six yard box before rolling out of play. Completely outmuscled by a bang average PNE side not helped by a joke of a referee who didn't give one free kick in the first 25 mins apart from offsides. Then decides that throwing yourself down on the ground a yard from the byline warrants a penalty FFS. Only livened up when Evandro and Wilson came on - too little too late. McGregor and McDonald honourable mention in despatches, great goal by Bowen. There is no passion or drive in this team, not helped either by the tactical ineptitude of Adkins - it was so pitiful today. PNE bullied our team today and our snowflakes melted under the challenge, of course not helped by a spineless weak ref.
If it's not healthy to picture a man holding on to a treasure chest, drowning at the bottom of a murky sea, you should get me a doctor. A ****ing real one.
Slutskys longest winless run was 7 and then he was sacked Big nige is now on 9 and counting Tick tock
The decline of our club started when Ehab made it virtually impossible for Steve Bruce to carry on, so he walked. I used to wonder about some of his tactics and team selections, but we sure as hell would not be in the position we are now if he had stayed. He has shown his experience and knowledge of the game by guiding Villa up to third place in the league, a position we can only dream about.
