Ipswich out fought us today, every where and that is how we lost and that is going on nearly every week. I still think Barnsley, and Burton are worse than us but who else ?. Ameobi ran the show for Bolton last night, could we have not tried to bring him here. Colemans reign has to end if he keeps this up mind but who do we get in ? No way should we have been 2-0 at half time either, we were the better team ! but cannot put the ball in the net.
16-games, 48-points to play for. Last season those relegated went down with 51-points, so I think 55-points should keep us up. Umm, we have 25 so 30-points to get...10-wins out of 16, or a minimum of 7 wins and 4-draws............, oh fekin hell..... not impossible and I live in hope.........a win would be good
We just have to aim for the fourth bottom place...we are still in the mix for that. CC trying to get a team together while clearing out the sh*te.....he's doing a great job in very difficult circumstances. We are Sunderland...we don't do easy.....it's always an omg approach. Will we be going into the last game of the season needing to get something to survive...probably...but we have been there done that so many times before. The squad is clearly lacking but i'm with my team 150%. Just go into each game and do the best...we win against Hull and everything is great....set backs against Birmingham and Ipswich.....this is just going come with the territory with younger kids. We have had a lot of rats (players) leaving the ship....if there are any fans who want to f*ck and join them because it's too tough at the moment then please jump......
Four teams are currently struggling us, Barnsley, Hull and Burton, out score them three and we are safe, easy.
Not a dig. Just a realisation that he's not going to get us winning games on a regular basis. I'm not blaming him for that by the way. I think it's now gone beyond pointing the finger at the manager. I think we are going to go down. God knows what happens next season
Fair dos, I just don't understand why it his name being mentioned at the head of this failure. My sentiments are Short has failed to deliver him a squad good enough rather than any failing on Coleman's part. Dugout is just a cog in the engine. It's Ellis who is not going to get us winning enough games, not Coleman. It's shameful Coleman is being put in with our failings, diabolical he's being used to front it.
Disagree mate....just give CC a bit time to gel this squad and the kids....it's not going to be easy but we can finish out the bottom three. Less negativity from all would help....forget about next season....it's all about the next game and nothing beyond that. We have a great manager and some great kids coming through....just look at the positives....we have always wanted these two things!!
