O'Leary in my opinion was a garbage manager but my opinion in hindsight, at the time when we were assembling the team and watching them play in Europe I was having a fantastic time supporting them. I'd still have those times back if I am honest and take the gamble all over again. For me it beats 14 years of lower league football and now we are so far behind the rest it will take a new billionaire owner or I'll never get to see it again. I like Rads, I hope he makes the right decisions in the next few days/weeks. Thomas has to go, it just depends on whether or not Orta needs to be shown the door, I firmly believe he does. If he doesn't I can't think of a decent manager who would be willing to come in and allow Orta to make all the signings so we better get ready with Wiki again. I know the red cards are down to the players but come on, surely he drummed it into them that discipline needs sorting. Karma maybe as I've seen Thomas waving imaginery cards when a Leeds player goes down and it winds me up no end, Thomas, Alioski and Saiz all think the imaginery card waving is okay to do.
Terry Gates Leeds@dansfootprints 3m3 minutes ago Been going to ER since late 70s. Believe me I have seen a lot of games and never left the ground before the final whistle. Today I could have gone at halftime. Because I know we have a better team than results suggest. Something tells me something’s going on in the background?
PAUL BRENDAN WYNN@LeWedge 1h1 hour ago Replying to @Gillett90 @EllandBack1 @LUFC 1st time I have ever walked out at half time & I have suffered **** & never left (like the famous Forest game where we let a shed load in). Waste of 40 sheets.

Even they are going to have to admit we are going backwards... How bad a decision did chesh make when he doubled the bet.
Just got in, started reading the forum from 3.00pm kinda like a live coverage,i am totally shocked again by another hammering, thats 8 goals conceeded in last two games,so it now looks like no defence,no midfield & no attack.i am realy worried where we go from here, most of this team are on long contracts, but are they realy as pi** poor as results are sugesting ?,i have come down to the conclusion, this is a managerial problem,as these players were great for the first six or so games.Imo TC now has to go along with orta.we seem to have not only lost the footballing side of things, but the disciplinary side as well, and if we carry on like this relegation could become a real threat. So summing things up i think the team need sorting out, because i am sure the ability is their, and i think personally one man could turn this around, its about time radz, talked to Nigel pearson.
Christiansen on Berardi's red card "It's a problem that we are having lately. It's difficult to deal with. "When we speak about the emotions and the passion that Berra puts into the game we know that all the tackles he goes into 100 per cent. "But we need to be intelligent. "It's a situation where he already had one yellow card and when you go to the ground it's because you are 100 per cent sure to take the ball. "If not you continue staying and when you have the possibility to steal the ball you go in." Christiansen on what went wrong It was a bad day, a very bad day today. We didn't go into the game in the right way. We received early a goal defending the strength of Cardiff with their direct play and with the crosses and with the physical conditions that they have that won the position in several situations - especially in the crosses and the longer placements." Why so poor in first half? "I believe that the team, when we were 1-0 down we tried to change the situation. "We created two good opportunities, one very, very clear when we were one metre from the goal and were able to not score. "That's very important, that when we have the possibilities - and we had that also against Millwall - it's very clear that we could have gone up on this goal. "We don't do it and then it happens what happened. "Afterwards we then got the injury of Pontus, the only player we have who is over 1.90m or 1.80m in the team. "And we knew that with the strength that they had in the physical and with the direct play, it was difficult to defend and the goals also came from that." More from Thomas Christiansen On the fans jeering the Lasogga change "I can understand the fans. "They can come with their opinion and I think it's not so much the substitution who it was or how it was, it was more how the result was. "And of course, when you are disappointed, it doesn't matter what the coach makes - if it's one way or another way, it doesn't help. "But I do the best for the team, I'm not putting one player out because I want to lose the game. "I make a change because I have an idea of how things can go and we had a good opportunity because I wanted the speed of Roofey going deep and he received one ball alone that he could go one against one in a few situations "And I also wanted the speed of Hadi outside. "To explain why I did the things, there's no need but the fans are in their right to judge or to come with their opinion." On fans leaving early - seen enough "It's the same disappointment that they have as I have of the team. "We all want the best for Leeds and again, if we give our best or at least our intentions are the best to take the win or do our best performance there's nothing to complain. "At least I give my best and I try to be honest with myself and the team." On Jansson injury "He had an injury in the ankle. "I don't believe he will be ready for the next game." Right then, the thoughts of Thomas Christiansen... How is he feeling now? "It's tough. It's sad and I am disappointed. You feel a little bit impotent that you cannot start and finish the game with 11 players and injury-wise also we have problems." On his future... "We know that my situation depends on the results, on the chairman, on Victor and on what they think is best for the team. But I do the best for the team, I want the best for Leeds, and this is my work and this what I am going to do. If it's their decision that that they want to find somebody better then I cannot do anything about that. This is their decision and I will then go away but with the head high that I have done the best for the team and the club." Can you still finish in the play-offs? "Yes. I am convinced that we will be there. "Right now, it doesn't matter what we do, it's a negative run with the injuries, with the cards and also some decisions of the referee that I don't want to go into because there's no need." How will you turn this around? "Bring back the confidence in the players. "Stay together and believe in what we are doing. "We take bad results but again we need to see if we can play one full game with 11 players. "The attitude of the players in the second half was promising."
