As I said in the match day thread, same thing happened this time last year. He started looking quite good then knackered his collar bone at Old Trafford. He’s obviously made of glass.
He was assaulted by Pogba last season. He was stamped on by Jansson last night. Neither were his fault or were a sign of fragility. But hey, let’s continue to burn the witch...
Look I want to like Henriksen, and have continued to cheer for him when those around me groan. I think he’s a skilled and intelligent player, but for whatever reason we don’t see his best very often in a City shirt. Having said that, it’s either very bad luck or something else if he gets seriously injured at the two times in his City career that he is showing the aggression that the fans want to see. Maybe “made of glass” is hyperbole, but I do think he is not constitutionally fit for this league.
Philip Buckingham @PJBuckingham #hcafc waiting on news of Markus Henriksen's ankle injury from last night but the fear is months rather than weeks out. Left the KCOM on crutches.
Ondrej Mazuch ruled out for three to four weeks with a hamstring injury. Markus Henriksen ruled out for six weeks.
This is a recurring theme with regards Mazuch. Shame as said above we look so much better with him in defence.
Kingsley should be in training on Tuesday or Wednesday next week and Hernandez should be back the following week. Meyler is unwell, same thing that's kept Diomande out this week.
Last year was a very strange one, he shoulder barged someone and did his shoulder in. I doubt he's shoulder charged since then.
How did Mason's CT scan go? Or did the cost of a CT scan come out of our transfer budget and therefore didn't happen?
