Ive had one of my fry ups again.

hash browns
sausages
bacon
mushrooms and onions.

no black pudding this week, so did xtra hash and sausages

does beer contain fibre? if so, its in there.

Apparently its "freezer day" today for tea

In my younger days this meant mum would empty out the freezer before it got restocked and it was a lottery what you got.

Now apparently freezer day means buying stuff for the freezer the day before

Had 2 big macs and a fillet of fish on the way home from work.

Burger king is in town. i drive past 2 macs on the way home.

Burger king is much better. but am i **** going into the city centre on a saturday night just for scran.

I avoid stella at all costs.
