he knows all the deluded plastic prawn munchers thought the title was on two matches ago when city finally lost. they were all out giving it large.

he knew once the first goal went in they were done for for the year. He's not a guy to chase a goal is he?

Broke the PL attendance for a game last night with just under 82,000

We don't get all the seats all the time. Allocated depending on loads of bullshit.

Yeah, Wembley has its own season ticket holders, does their ticket cover Spurs games as well as internationals and cup games?
Also theres no doubt "neutrals" purchase tickets for big games such as last nights, still it all bodes well for Spurs future at the new White Tart Lane, but unless they kick on and win some silverware the crowds will dwindle back to the hardcore they've always had, also if Levy gets greedy and gives in to Real/Barca when they come knocking for Kane that will have a detrimental effect.:emoticon-0100-smile

Haven't read the comic books, so can't say how the characters compare to the comic book. To be honest though I've never personally seen any film that matches up to its written material, so it wouldn't surprise me if it wasn't completely true to its original source.

I just think as a film the Dark Knight is one of the best modern blockbuster films with a superb performance from Heath Ledger at the centre of it.

Without a doubt a great film. But the original Burton one beats it for me personally.

The game on Wednesday was a sell out a couple of weeks ago. Only tickets available were through authorised ticket exchanges but they all sold. Spurs don't pull an Arsenal and announce the number of tickets sold but the number who actually come in through the gates. So, out of about 86,000 tickets sold [segregation means you don't get 90,000 when Spurs play as the home team], 82,000 people attended. That's an attendance rate of 95%, which is pretty good.

Recently, Phil Dutton, Liverpool’s head of ticketing and hospitality, revealed the club is determined to reduce the number of unused tickets. He said: “Our fill rate (the number of seats that are used on a matchday) is around 94% but our sales rate (the number of seats sold) is around 99.6% with the 0.4 per cent being unsold visitor tickets or changes to segregation etc. Every available home seat is sold. So, the same thing on a smaller scale and it will be the same in about every club, just some won't admit it.

Going forward, Spurs capacity for PL games will be 60 - 61,000 taking into account segregation. Now, we have 41,000 ST holders confirmed, 7,000 paid-up corporate area owners and 3,000 away supporters, meaning that there will be 10,000 seats available to a membership of over 100,000. We'll sell out no problem.

Nah, the club doctor went with him because Mourinho was about to explode and the doc feared he'd get similar dogs abuse to that suffered by Eva Carneiro.:emoticon-0100-smile

Manchester Evening News reckon Poch will be Mourinho's successor even if it's after a stint at Real.

Pure arrogance to assume the imaginary timeline they've planned out is realistic, but Mancunians swear by their local rags hacks having insider knowledge of their clubs, is this the beginning of tapping up Poch and undermining Mourinho?

Manchester United identify ideal managerial successor to Jose Mourinho

Keeping him almost ensures trophies. If he engineers a sacking, United are rich enough to take the hit. It’s a win win for the club

    What does Lawro thinks:

    Liverpool v Tottenham (16:30 GMT)

Liverpool's win at Huddersfield on Tuesday was a result the Reds needed in every way - a clean sheet and no mistakes at the back, and they created enough chances to win easily.

'Mature' performance exactly what Reds needed - Klopp
Dejan Lovren did not have a very good day when these two sides met at Wembley earlier in the season, and Tottenham ran out 4-1 winners.
So Liverpool owe them one, but I don't see them getting their own back on Sunday.
Spurs showed against Manchester United that they are in good shape at the moment, and they have not lost since their defeat by Manchester City in December. I see that run continuing.
I am a fan of Tottenham's new signing Lucas Moura too. The Brazilian is very quick and gives them something they have not otherwise got down the right.
    Lawro's prediction: 1-1
Sanders & Norman's prediction: (Norman) I know Spurs are on the road and Liverpool are a good side too but Tottenham are on a roll and Harry Kane has got to at least get me two and Son Heung-min has been balling. 1-3

    What about Paul Merson?.

Liverpool v Tottenham (Nissan Super Sunday from 4.15pm on Sky Sports Premier League)
What a game this one could be. It's certainly one to look forward to! Both teams have a go - they don't know any other way. It's difficult to go against Liverpool at home but when you watch Spurs, and they play like they did against United, they were absolutely outstanding. The way they passed the ball and moved it around the pitch was exceptional. I'm going to go for goals and a 2-2 draw. It's a difficult game to predict in that you wouldn't be shocked to see Liverpool win 3-0 but you also wouldn't be shocked to see Spurs win at Anfield.
PAUL PREDICTS: 2-2 (10/1 with Sky Bet)

    what is merson on about.

Spurs are entirely based on defence first. Dier, wanyama etc in midfield? the lads having a mare.
