You can stay at one place of employment where no one respects the chairman, and your work colleagues don't get replaced. You have no certainty of work in a few months time... Or you can go back to a former employer, who is offering you a secure contract for a couple of years. If you were selling paperclips, making cardboard boxes, or playing football, you are going to go were you feel valued with job security.
