Just thought I would give my impressions of the new boys in the team

Gervinho - More and more impressed, every time I see him, with his dribbling if he can add some more end product on to his runs he could be massive for us this season.

Jenkinson - Solid, looks a star in the making been impressed with him the most out of all the signings. To go from 6 months in league 1 to EPL/CL he has done remarkably well. I would be happy if he was our RB for the season as it stands delighted he is reserve for the best rb in the league (also wenger clearly rates him more than traore).

OXO - looks like he can sit the hell out of a bench

Notable mentions for the game - TV WOOOOOOSSSSSSSSSS (immense) RVP Song and also was quite impressed with Rosicky he played the creative dm role (wilshere) quite well.

    Come on Sunday and COYG

Seriously, some of the greatest bench action I've ever seen.

Who's this Rosicky guy?? He looks absolutely brilliant. Much better than that other old injury prone Czech guy that used to play for us!

I think that player called R.O'Sicky left us during the last 2 months?

Imagine if we could bring in hazard to go with gervinho. We might actually win a trophy (carling cup most likely)

Well its good to have some positive stuff to write about.

Seriously though Roiskcy was 10/10 in the second half, he tackled, put through some excellent passes and showed some quality footwork. Maybe 'little Mozart' is finally getting back to his best. Would'nt that be a bonus for Arsenal right now?!

Jenkinson had a few shaky monents but he looks great, atheltic, hardworking and technically skilled.
Gervinho is better than I had thought seems to work well in our system.
..and I've got a good felling about our other signing Campbell.

Tommy V for me wasn't as good as he's made out to be, the few chances they had (di natali against the bar) (header against the bar) he could and should of stopped before they got to that point, if you watch them again he either jumps over the ball, or misses it completely meaning Djourou has to try and get around there player to stop the shot

So I may have missed the boat here but is he really and truly officially ours? Honest guv'nor, no backsies and all that? If so... <party>! Admittedly the little I know of him is based on Youtube (yeah yeah even I can look good on that in montage mode with Joe Esperito blaring out) but he looks la mustard.

As much as I hammered Song for his plodding style of play I have to give props to him last night, he stepped tot he plate and was immense. I have seen him have games like that before but he seemed to revel in the role.

Frimpong coming off and Rosicky coming on was genius, we Frimpong injured ? Rosicky's dribbling and urgency of play made such a big difference, we need more of that, we play far too one paced. Walcott showed 2 sides, the infuriatingly useless winger side and the fantastic striker side - he is far better when on the end of through balls - he rarely misses when through on goal - kack with snapshots and that sort of thing though.
