I'm really ****ing hungover too so assessing my options of get a lift n relax or to drink through it.
Agreed, but I just don't see how it can be possible sticking with the way things are. A win tonight is a must because I can't see us beating WBA away at the weekend with their form , and then it's Liverpool at home . The board are ****ing us more and more as each week passes and it has to stop. He simply has to go , even if we won tonight I'd be saying the same , these fa cup wins have just papered over the cracks , nothing more.
Same as. Lost my voice too so I won't be much of a vocal support tonight. Still confident of a win tonight mind!
I think it will be 'interesting' to see what happens if we don't pick up at least 3 points over the next two games. The board have stuck by the manager, but if we fail to pick up the required points in the next two games then the window will be shut and the only roll of the dice we'll have left is to replace the manager and hope for the new manager bounce. I'll worry about that if it happens though. First things first, let's win tonight!
Yeah this for me as well. If Carillo is the only incoming in January then the board have basically sat on the fence with their 2 options (back the manager significantly in the window or sack him). Sitting on the fence is probably the worst thing they could do in this situation
So we are all over them, score, then sit back and try and get the 1 nil, only to conceed on 89 minutes? That's how the script goes, right?
Even though I think he's out of his depth I would be completely baffled if a defeat tonight was the result which made the board pull the trigger.
I'm baffled they didn't pull the trigger a long time ago. I'm an advocate of giving coaches a full season to settle in... but not if it leads to relegation!
No way we will sack him without a replacement waiting at the door. There isn't even a man at Saints who can step in temporarily. We can't afford to play the next 23- games without a manager.
The time to sack MP2 has been and gone and to do it now straight after a transfer window would be laughable I agree, but the only other option is to stick with him and get relegated. I'd rather get the piss taken outa me and survive , than try and save face and still fail.
