I personally do not think most of these players have the ability to turn things around, what you see with most of them (not all) is what you get, none of these will be playing football at a higher standard over the next five years, but will end up playing league one or two,i just hope by then Rads will have gained enough know how in english football to help build us a footballing side worthy of promotion, and more than holding their own in the PL.:emoticon-0158-time:

Define knows nothing about running a football club? I’d say he didn’t but he does now. You learn by being in the hot seat, he will have had 18 months by the end of this season and I’d say he isn’t Pig ignorant like Cellino was.

Rads will have learned a lot this season, admittedly, some things the hard way. I don’t think we’re giving him enough credit, let’s see what happens between now and the start of next season.

He isn’t dumb, he’ll be asking what happened to Klitch and Cibicki, he’ll be asking questions as to why we signed Lasogga on a season long loan. He’ll be asking what the consultation process was in regards to the club badge. If people need firing I expect them gone before next season kicks off.

Start of January Fans we’re saying we don’t want Saiz sold, we need a new LB some were calling for another Midfield player and we need a new striker. Saiz is here, we have two new signings not including the Japanese guy and the umpteen U23 players and possibly a new striker on his way today. Rads has spent and strengthened in January, he is the best owner we’ve had in 14 years?

A five year plan. Statistically a few here won’t live long enough to see it happen.
This ****er needs to shape up Or ship out.

I genuinely see a mass improvement this season as a Leeds supporter, not so much on the playing field with quality but with what is happening at the club.

Don’t take this personally as it’s not aimed specifically at anyone but surely memories are not that short? We signed Peltier for £700k and we were all excited it wasn’t a freebie or journeyman or loan. We signed Murphy for £1m and again we were all excited we’d actually spent some money.

Rads buys players well in excess of this and it’s all doom and gloom, there are teams spending double on players and they are still playing no better <ok>

Again, Dallas playing as a fullback, no creative Saiz, no threat from RB with Ayling running forward, no Phillips or O’Kane in the middle, no pace and movement that Ekuban offers and no Cooper, no alternative on the bench, I didn’t expect much apart from a lack of quality if I’m being honest...

I went on the Hull forum to see what they were saying, pretty much the same as everyone else THIS IS the quality of the Championship apart from Wolves we’re all in the same boat.

You can’t keep getting your Cook, Byram, Wood and Taylor type players taken by average PL clubs and expect much more. We’re not alone, every Championship team is in the same position and playing the same type of ugly football.

I think the club is in the best possible hand for this moment in time, after what we've seen for the last dozen years. I have confidence in Radz, but am worrying about Orta. I also think that TC will resign as soon as it becomes impossible to reach the top 6. The plan for TC was top 6 this season followed by promotion next season and I think he will be expected to fall on his sword.

The players brought in like LVB, Foreshaw, Felix, Saiz, Pennington, Ayling, Pontus are excellent and with Phillips, Viera & O'kane we have a platform. Cibicki & Alioski are too lightweight for this league, Grot is a work in progress, Ekuban needs a goal, Roofe is too up and down in and out, Anita needs trying out as a DM because we are struggling in that department with the present tactics. Berardi is Berardi, Cooper isnt a captain although has commitment but not good enough. Lassoga wont be here so not worth talking about. Sacko has to go so I reckon Orta has a 50% strike rate and we know he spent £6m on some of them which would have been better spent on Afobe or Grabban

I feel that I will see them in an higher league so they better hurry up!

It was reported at the beginning of the season that you had sold 15m worth of young talent,(you are now trying to replace) you also sold Taylor and wood,
add those 3 sums together and compare to what you have spent, think you might find Rad hasn't invested much (personally) in your first team <laugh>

where is the next lot of budget coming from what or who else can you sell ?

you are all screaming out for a striker yet you had a 30 goal a season one <yikes>
