Like I said, you clearly haven't ever played football and you know very little about it, but that will be pretty standard for a Cardiff fan I assume.

 

Wiz, can we have a separate Banksy V OS thread so the rest of us don't have to endure this **** every few weeks!!! At least they can be left to their own devices then!!

To respond to all of you Bristol City posters.........I have never instigated argument and only ever responded to banksy's vitriolic posts telling ne to "**** off" this Bristol City forum.

I've made plenty of discussion comments on your threads and engaged with most of you posters for a decent chat, but for no reason at all other than past history bansky has to "have a go".

Even if you forget all that past stuff, just stick to this thread. Look back at post #35 after my chats with Nick and Redprintt on this thread to see what I mean. When I get verbally attacked like that I will not roll over and will respond.

Wizey - we've exchanged a couple of PM's and they will remain private - it's a case of different strokes for different folks and I've no problem with that.

I'll continue to post on here and enjoy chatting to those that want to with no malice whatsoever. I will say that if I get simlilar abuse then it will never be me that starts it, but I will not just sit back take **** like that. I suppose then it's up to Tom and Wizey what to do about the whole situation whoever is at fault - that's the measure of a true moderator.

 

I quite like Sparkey popping round for a bit of banter/genuine discussion. Maybe sometimes I feel a comment or two is a bit out of line and I'll call him up on it, and vice-versa. Sometimes with various posters I read something and have the initial urge to write right back with something quite aggressive/condescending, but usually(!) I fight the urge, calm down and either write a more balanced response or ignore it altogether and get on with my day.

I suppose what I'm saying is 'why can't we all get along?' I like how this forum is intimate enough that you actually recognise the individual posters, rather than getting lost in a sea of random posts you might find on a larger forum, but on the flip-side, it needs those smaller number of contributers to...well... contribute, otherwise the forum will die altogether.

 

I have always gone by the adages and principals of if you have to shout, then you have lost or are losing the / an argument, if you get abusive and result to language intended to offend then you have already lost and have nothing of importance to say .....

 

I'm with you here Nick. Generally, I don't have the time to post as much as I would like but I always read what is being posted. The vast majority of it is informed opinion and good natured banter, which means that not all will agree with a particular statement/comment. At the end of the day, that is life!!
I am also more than happy for members from other clubs to get involved - it's good to see/read comments from outside of our own red 'bubble'.
I just can't be arsed when things become personal/vitriolic!!

I can assure you if I was a Mod I would ensure you weren't posting here any longer! You have ruined a Bristol City match day thread with your mind numbingly boring assumption that some of us have some sort of interest in Cardiff City and secondly your opinion about a bunch of thugs that play for them, you also assume that the majority of us want to hear about which car you drive and how much money you have, I have told you before go get some self awareness.

As for being attacked you have put plenty of condescending little remarks to me and pretty much started it. you wouldn't do it to my face mate, I can assure you so don't do it on a forum.
