nobody else find the 2 goals.per game conceded v top half shocking then? I think there's 8 goals.v city in there bit still...
Yeah but tbh 15 of those goals came in 4 games. Its more to do with the fact that we don't turn up in certain games.
Maybe there was as much contact, only the players themselves can tell us how much actual contact there was, but Morata fell forwards when he was getting pulled back, that doesn't really make much sense. Salah was pulled back and his back went backwards, which does make sense.
they both made the most of it is basically it. Personally think both were fouls by the rulebook as both forwards had gotten away from their players and it was both lazy desperate bits of defending which neither one would realy fall over if they didn't want to. However both went down to show they were being fouled
sorry but if they don't make the most of it they are not trying hard enough. if salah just let the defender pull him there's no way the bar gets looked at and a blatant foul goes unpunished so he throws his hands up and flood over. don't ****ing foul then
If you are running forward and someone pulls your shoulder then you either spin towards the pull of fall on your back because your legs get ahead of your torso. What doesn't happen is both your arms fly up and both your heels fly backwards so you land on your front, that would normally be caused by a 303 to the base of the spine
https://www.theguardian.com/football/2018/jan/29/jurgen-klopp-liverpool-fa-cup-cut-short I reckon that had that first half gone on another five minutes, we could have gone into the break 5-1 down.
Without throwing himself to the ground, he possibly could have made the cross. Taking the pressure off Firmino.
not a ****ing hope. stupid foul. firmino is no pen taker as he took a risk with that oen. he clearly went there preplanned whereas the right thing to do is no skips and jumps and watch foster drop then roll it in the middle. fist fancies himself as a pen saver ever since that league cup he won the pen shoot out on.

Why did he take it then? No need for foster to save, the woodwork did his job. But it could have been in th net before the 5 minute VAR review
cos he's the one nominated just cos you are designated the pen taker doesn't mean you are any good at it. He's ok, he at least gets it in the corner but pen taking is a mentality thing. You have to be able to take the pressure situations coolly and give yourself every chance. He's picked the risky top corner option after his side was nearly 1-3 down and gets a fortunate break to get back to 2-2. he misses and its a disaster. You don't go for risk there. you watch the keeper go down and smash it down the middle. You use what the analysis says about the keeper.
