Chelsea play Barca on Tuesday 20/2, so maybe just maybe they'll rest Hazard and one or two others. Be only fair since three of our defence ineligible anyway.
Yep, but that is a different agreement than playing against your parent club, which nine times out of ten sees players ineligible.
Yeah, but within a couple of days there'll be more arrivals before the transfer window closes, than there are tourists at Scott Street bridge.
Another way to look at this - as I just did - is it could quite conceivably be the last time we play at Stamford Bridge as is. I’d therefore made the decision to go, before a full 30 seconds later I realised I’m off to Edinburgh that weekend. Arses.
It’s not a ‘rule’, it’s down to the parent club. Chelsea will decide, simple as. Conte might even want to see the 3 in action. Unlikely cos he’ll be at Meelan next season.
I'm not sure, but wasn't it up to parent clubs in the past but the rules were changed due to conflict of interests?
I just said it doesn’t say that. Chelsea own the players, they can recall them tomorrow if they want. This has already been proven as Conte was asked if he intended to.
Off tangent but I think that rule is pathetic, shows how unconfident we are about players not being honest.
