Is actually quite nice it's done by a German company 4.9% and a decent beer, a bit like Kronenburg. Good that they've done a decent beer other than just a gimmick.
Bacon and grape salad at least 6/8 rashers of back bacon, i prefer the fatof back bacon but any will do salad of your choice cook bacon til quite firm then let cool so its brittle and crispy put salad in a bowl crumble bacon into bits on to the salad add grapes - throw them in whole if you like but i usually slice them in half's or quarters depending on how stoned i am cos it tastes better. dressing wise i go for lemon juice olive oil salt pepper and chilli flakes, less is more tbh.
I do that here, a chicken carcass with a bit of meat on is only 15 baht so I buy three and make stock for soups n such. So much better than cubes.
Not really Luv, if I buy a free range chicken it costs me about 220 baht. I can buy a kilo of breasts for 70 baht. Strangely the most expensive or prized cuts are the feet and wings.
