I actually thought Crazy Horses was okay. Saw some thrash metal band in the 80's do a sound version of it.

My views on those that played...

Migs - terrible at best. Simply wasn't interested and appears ti be sulking about becoming second choice

TAA - not good enough in this game but he's young and you can't really expect too much when surrounded by dross. Great that Klopp was screaming for him to take the freekick, shows the confidence in the lad.

Matip - terrible, especially for one of the more senior players and in a pivotal role too. Keep saying it, he won't be the long term partner to VVD

VVD - poor performance, best be better than that for £75m! Surrounding by poor players, can't do it all on his own.

Moreno - the sooner this lad moves on the better imo. There is a decent player in there but he's been at the club too long to turn it around now, there is no confidence in him anymore.

Can - Plays superb against Man City but then puts in two shocking performances against Swansea and WBA #shopwindow. Just ****off to Juve already!

Oxlade - wasn't great but been decent recently so willing to give him the benefit of doubt; everyone is allowed a off game.

Wijnaldum - wrong type of game for him but we lack options. Suspect he wouldn't have played but for Lallana picking up a knock. Should only be used when we need awork horse.

Salah - scored but frustrating otherwise. Should have scored before Firmino got the rebound.

Mane - anonymous. starting to get concerned about his performances. Was last season the blip?

Firmino - got crowded out with Salah, Mane and CMs all invaded his space. Great finish for his goal but score the ****ing penalty ffs

Hendo - still no tackle made, not even an attempt. He's finished #simple

Ings - made a nuisance of himself but it just wouldn't fall for him. Wish it would work out for him but can't see anything but a summer move away from Anfield

Milner - anonymous. I think he's had his day and it's time to move on.

Klopp - don't think we've seen him make three changes at once before, he rarely makes one change that early in the game. However, bringing Hendo and Milner on when we're losing?

Why can't he just tell Mane and Salah to chalk their ****ing boots? Stay wide, let the FBs overlap still and double up on their FBs. Plus, this would create space in the middle!

Maybe give VVD a bit longer up top at the end too. 2-3mins really isn't worth it.

If VAR would have been used in the Cardiff v City game earlier the Cardiff player that got a yellow for the tackle on Sane would've got a straight red, and therefore missed an extra game for a club fighting for promotion and benefitted the other clubs around them in the table, that's why if its going to be used(,the technology is already here)it should be used for all games and not a few cherry picked matches by the old codgers in suits at the FA.

This FA cup is already tainted by the inconsistency of VAR use. It's unbelievable a #legit competition can have different implementations of the rules for different rounds and games. The history books should put an asterisk and footnote next to all mentions of this competition.

tbh I am more critical on ox and windy. I watched them not help but stand watch taa try go mark his guy rather than back up.

I don't want salah and mane anywhere near touch line. i want them running behind.

both games this week salah started out doing it then ends up coming short and is zero threat. i would rather he.never gets a pass than do that. stay up and draw them deeper and deeper.

I want to ask about ings... in short he looked unable to even control the ball. I know he's only back from 2 years of agony but I really cannot see him being even a prem footballer so we are mad to keep him now.... mad.

I just think there's a bias toward him that even when he plays well he's not given the credit he deserves. Robertson has done a lot less in a red shirt and he's hailed as the second coming. I like him, but he's not been as good as people have been claiming, IMO.

Perfect example of the double standard for me is when Moreno chased the ball all the way up to the Hoffenheim keeper trying to press, they booted it up and scored down his channel, people said it was brainless and that our left back should have no business pressing that high up. Robertson does it against City ending up in their box and people hail his determination and desire.

the thing called the offside line.

if you look at even the deepest line there's space for 1/2 passes if someone is pushing the line.

    mane rarely runs in there.

firmino hardly ever does so that's where salah has been successful.

unfortunately it looks like we have forgotten it and pushed ox in there.

right now we saw a classic klopp press/mistake goal first then a pure luck ball bounced off ings assist to salah and very little else in two games.

I agree Robertson is lauded way too much and it's in comparison to moreno.

for me Robertson did ok but not marvellous and got loved for kicking sterling.

So you think Salah couldn't do both?

Start wide with FB overlapping to create space in the middle for players to exploit. Salah is superb at exploring the space. With the RB there he could make a run inside. Alternatively, he could make those runs when the ball is on the left.

Our problem is lack of space from being too central when attacking. Only one way to change that; vary it up me attacking from wider too.

Key to football is unpredictability and atm, we are incredible predictable.

Aren't we the 2nd top scorers in the PL & just broke the record for most goals in a champions league group stage?

We conceded 3 against West Brom, you won't be able to win all your games if you concede 3 goals regularly. We've conceded 3 goals in 3 of our last 8 games, that is terrible. We've also scored 20 goals in those last 8 games, that's an average over 2 goals a game, which suggests that predictability and our attack isn't the problem at all.

Fair points but I guess I'll have to narrow it down... we only know one way of playing; pacey and direct, usually straight dien the middle. That's why teams are parking the bus, we can't cross, we've got no one to get on the end of a cross and now we've got no one that can either hit one from 30yrds or pick the lock of a tight defence.
