If we can't learn from mistakes then what hope do we have . We were awful last week against boro and we line up the same formation today against a team that has not won in 6. We then go on to lose vs 10 men, conceding two without reply .

We are regressing and if no one can see that we are in bigger trouble than first thought . The whole dads army brigade of they don't like it up em can do one . The Fortress / cave / my type of player attitude is sunday league at very best. We have no style , no game plan and are truly awful to watch. If anyone says replace him with whom , I'd say ramsey could not do a worse job for at least the rest of the season.

Olly has had 60 games in charge and we are worse now than we was last October. You can argue its the players but game plans, team selections and the style we play is down to management.

I won't say much, I will leave that to the 'Hollow fan club' to explain this.
However, it's not about money or FFP, it's about playing against 10 men and losing 2-0.
Hollow is dinosaur and an inept muppet. He is ruining the team and should never have been given the job.
And if anyone says who will we get in to replace him....Mickey Mouse would do a better job.

I wrote the above on the matchday thread at half time, and I saw next to nothing in the second half to convince me we are not in decline. Texting my brothers and Dad (all Rangers fans) and the resounding question is who would we get in to replace him?

The bloke that wears the Jude the Cat costume couldn't do any worse. Our local Sunday League bloke would be as good as Hollow.

Thing is if he stays i can see him taking us down , whether this season or next . As i say no improvement that i can see, He was a beaten man before we turned up today. We are awful to watch and i agree the man is a muppet and a clown and should have never come back , personally got fed up with him the first time he was with us .

if we can't find a long term replacement until the summer lets just get someone for the next few months and get the 16/17 points we need .

I was a big fan of Ollie and Birch when they were appointed. Sadly, I cannot say the same now. Ollie has not done the job I thought he would. Birch has shown some passion and MAYBE he can caretake until the end of the season, but (and I hate saying this) time is up for Ollie.

ill be honest I've seen nothing from bircham apart from taking the odd pot shot at loftus road before the game , missing the target and laughing. When being interviewed none of these guys convince me at all they are the right guys for the job .

I think todays result should cement in everyone's head exactly what Hollow is about. They seriously need to get rid in the summer.

I think our Director of Football should be on his way, he's overseen a total shambles on the footballing side and that makes three hopeless managerial decisions on the trot. One can happen to anyone, two is dubious but three is just plain incompetent. If you've no money for players you absolutely HAVE to employ a coach who improves players not a dinosaur...

I haven't seen one poster supporting him. How can they? I think there will be a lot of 'Hollow fans' in hiding tonight. Not a told you so moment just hope they all agree that he is not good enough.

I have similar sentiment but disagree on a couple of points...

As bad as Ollie is, I don't think Ramsey would do much better and I can't see any good manager wanting to come.

I wouldn't say we are necessarily regressing. We're just crap and our form keeps going a little bit up, then back down again, then repeat. But we're basically at the glass ceiling that Ollie is holding us at and won't go any higher unless he provided better game plans. He's simply not coping.
