BDM's confidence looks shot, jumped poorly once again. Work ahead for the Twister. Good solid performance from the winner but I can't see him in the mix for the Blue Riband.
Lovely mare. Surely she loses that in the stewards room though. Took the second the entire way across the track at the end. You can't do that and get away with it surely.
i just rewatched the finish. They jumped the last on the stands side rail and finished a couple of meters off the other rail. Gething's doesn't try to correct her at any point. It doesn't matter too much to me without any money in the game but she definitely interfered heavily and only won half a length in the end.
Mulcahys Hill here - nap of the day for me, he will love the ground and will fly up the hill when the rest have cried enough.
Really hope Beer Goggles puts in a belter. On ratings he has the best chance. A couple of pounds clear of the rest. He may be a little flattered by that mark though. Still, running to his previous best rating would make him competitve.
That win last time was so Denman like, guess we'll see if he is the real hurdles version of Denman today!
Another tough winner, well done McGrath on a great sit on Santini. These antepost odds being offered - does anyone take them up? I mean - the weights aren't even out yet? Are they? I'm back with a former cliff horse in W*nkandi next up - hope it's because of good form reasons and not nostalgia Forum mod filter has no funny bones
****er finally won Reebs. Davey couldn't quite get the fav up, had a shocking passage really, bumped and barged plenty. Should've been ridden nearer the pace?
Got to agree Oddy, with a clearer run he'd probably have won. But my bank balance is considerably improved by this wonky horse
bet a horse at 5/1 on a saturday and it might have 8 to beat, can back horses at 5/1 all week and they only have 1 or 2 to beat its a guessing mugs paradise, bookie benefit
