Be interesting. I think he will make mass changes, I think he is wrong to do it unless he has any serious concerns over certain players fitness, but that is my opinion. We could be in a position of losing to L2 opposition then losing to Arsenal and all the good work starts to look like its undone. Just my opinion. I agree that the likes of Bartley, Leon if fit, Messa if still here, Narsingh, Norsdfelt and the like should start. but if we take the piss to much with selection it will be yet another embarrassment for the club.

If we dont have the confidence of being a premiership club and we fear a L2 club then we have some serious problems about our capabilities.....We have plenty of players other than our key players to win......

Doesn't quite work like that, we need to continue to build confidence, and this game could well be a cup banana skin, with all the media negativity it would bring, the players need to continue winning, and I'm sure Carlos will put out a strong team, resting 5 or 6 players, is enough for the Arsenal game......... <ok>

They had a nightmare the other day with two players sent off and losing their home run. Were they were off the pace as they wouldn’t risk getting themselves injured before the FA Cup game?

Years ago Swans were really poor against Exeter away just before the West Ham replay, we got stuffed 4-0 and it could have been 20. Then we won the replay against West Ham in the cup.

We have moved on though, the U23s have been competitive with League one sides in the EFL trophy. So good chance to try new things and squad players and try and win this without damaging our chances against ArsenL

Hopefully we've seen the last of Abraham and Sanchez but I suppose we'll find out today. Need CC's to be professional about his selection and pick a team that will do a job. If he gets all sentimental and selects the hapless Abraham or the useless Sanchez then we'll stuggle.

Swans 0-2 if the rent-boys don't play, if they do anything can happen, could even end up NC 2-0

Not really TLF, not as bad a Sanchez that's for sure but, he's not been very good either and, imo, doesn't credit his England call up or any of the plaudits he's been getting. Just my opinion though, but no one can deny that Sanchez has been a car crash

and Sanchez too, nooooooooo. That blights our midfield imo. Might get away with it as its L2 opposition

No Messa, he must be on his way out.

Jan 27th, still no signings, Fulton gone and Mesa it seems, on his way, FFS :headbang:

CC says he needs to manage Bony's fitness which is why I wouldn't have started him. If he gets injured he's put for the more important game on Tuesday. I would have started Mcburnie who's more than capable of playing against L2 opposition.

He's shown potential - a couple of levels above McBurnie.
Like most (young) strikers there have been times he'd have been better looking to pass.
Very quick feet for a tall player and should become a very good second striker in a 4 4 2.
