Reed gets the call. As I said, only 1 who seemed like he might be able to cope. Sad state that we have let it come to that. Fingers crossed.
That's my choice in the line-up Prediction. Be interesting to see how he handles being WB. All three new players are on the bench. You better keep your toes crossed as well FML. How's your foot?
Lafferty leading goal scorer for Hearts with 7. Lafferty with Naismith Dorrans has scored 5 goals for Rangers. Dorrans with Russ Martin
They pulled out of a bid for Sanchez because the wages and agents fees were irresponsible with FFP.................... https://www.sportsmole.co.uk/footba...ity-to-offer-150m-for-eden-hazard_317251.html
Excellent - Newport fans singing we're going to Wembley after their draw with Spuds yesterday!!!' Also - great result for Coventry and they should have another 'payday' when JM is sold for megabucks.
Really Happy for Newport, Notts County and Coventry. Great to see. That money is so desperately needed for them guys.
What a total joke! City scored a fantastic second goal. Which was ruled out. No one knows why! It wasn't offside, If they are saying Sane was in the keepers eyeline...well, he wasn't, and the shot rocked into the top corner. There are always going to be players in his eye line if it's a shot from distance! Commentators don't know why, players don't know why, Pep doesn't know what's going on, no official is telling him, because I don't think they know. Ref pointed to the centre spot. TV put up 0-2 on the screen. Then the Keeper takes a goalkick!? Madness. How can some games in a round have VAR, and others don't? Surely that's not a level playing field?
I liked this paragraph from one of the comments on today's MFW re JM - "The concern is for me and many others is where are the goals going to come from when he leaves, especially as Farke’s system has negated the reliance on a striker. Progressive? Possibly, but goals have to come from somewhere when he is gone – which hopefully will not be in the next couple of days – but the lad deserves to play on the best stage and has outgrown his surroundings in the short space of time he has been here. It will be very interesting to see what the board does with his transfer fee as it will be quite substantial" The last sentence says it all for me!! http://norwichcity.myfootballwriter...adderz-quality-again-seals-the-away-day-deal/ .
Not an definite. Knowing our board. I get the sense DF was really disappointed Pritch left. He's been really bigging up Madders. Also saying there's no pressure to sell him etc. And Doesn't expect to sell him. I get the feeling he is taking the hit on Pritch, sucking it up and not letting on too much to the press/public. Both in 1 window, might cause a bit of trouble in this "dream team" of Webber, Farke, Board. In my opinion. I think even Farke know we are a 1 man team.
Yes he wanted to go. If our club wanted him to go, that's what worries me. 12M for Pritchard is too low in my opinion. Compared to the market and with clubs having to spend sill to fulfil "Home Grown" it usually means highly talented young English players go for silly money. Newcastles record transfer is still Owen for 16m. That shows how "if they are English, and talented, name your price" If our board named the price as 12M for Pritch. That is so stupid. If they sell madders for 20M. again, ******ed. Everyone else gets the over the top prices. Pritch was worth about 20M in this mental market. They are saying a late 20's midfielder at Fulham or something, is available from 30M. ( just looked it up. Tom Cairney, he's worth double Maddison apparently.) Yet, Pritchard is better, younger, but worth 12m.
How on earth can Cairney be worth £40M?? #outrageous PS - Yes FML, I do think we undervalued Pritchard, but that's ACN!! Trouble is, he wanted to leave and that's as much as Huddersfield were willing to pay.
Yea, so I’d hold off for more in the summer. We can’t act like “well someone bid, let’s get some cash now!! 12m for him Is so depressing
