I think Gimme Shelter is their best personally... I'm not a huge fan either though only like probably 4/5 songs.

 

Vietnam songs and films! Very much my era/interest.

But it's one off my main interests. I will get to the tunnels at Cu Chi.

Try a book by Stephen Leather, tunnel rats. its superb.

No mate, while i'm interested in the Vietnam stuff, the Cambodia slaughter also interests me. But iv'e been fortunate enough to see the lklling fields and S21 prison/murder camp.

 

you should go to vietnam to check it out.

I went there a few years back and it was an incredible experience.

Admittedly some of it's propaganda but just seeing their version of events, going through the tunnels and seeing the war museum was incredibly humbling. I found it far more interesting that Thailand (although people are nicer there and friendlier) as all of their history is pretty recent

 

I will get there. I dont know why i havnt been.

it was a shame. I missed the killing fields and auschwitz is another place i want to go (although the missus aint keen).

I saw Ankor Wat, it was nice but **** me it's a busy tourist trap. Takes the shine right off it
