Rio's excuse never saved him from his 9 month? ban, will Sanchez face a similar fate?

As you ay.. typically anyone with a modicum of common sense would have been able to hear the news in the morning and have rung up and made sure.

its meant to be i know where you are and drugs test is blind for athlete so the onus is on the athlete to update his records showing he's on the motorway to a dreary rainy **** hole for 350k per week or whatever.

I assume the Rio ban was because , in effect , he refused to take the test rather than not being onsite.
