Any of you guise like black pudding? Or blood sausage as our American cousins call it.

I do mean the foodstuff and not Mandingo cock btw.

 

Black Pud is the baws, and Stornaway Black pud is the best of all, lovely on a roll with broon sauce.

Not keen on the white pud tbph. Mrs Dev loves it though...and she is partial to white pud too.

I had some lovely Ardennes pate last night, lovely on buttered toast.

 

Veggie haggis just as nice. Also doesn’t give you arse cancer so it’s a yes from me

I used to eat hog's pudding when I lived in the West Country (that's not a euphemism for Gas's wife's fanny).

 

It's nothing like a pigs **** but does enjoy a good porking

So guise do you intend to celebrate Rabs day on the pish?

Good with scallops

 

Scallops are honking. My big sis made me them with some purée and black pud. Purée and pud were lovely. Scallops were boufin.

 

When I have them I cut them so they are thinner, often when people cook them they are almost raw in the middle, **** that.

 

The wife loves them. She also loves lobster, crab, octopus, squid etc. She refuses to eat Quorn though on the grounds that it might be unhealthy.

Women eh?

 

Yeuch. I had always wanted to try scallops. Never again. Still want to try lobster. I’ve heard it tastes like chicken @Odious Turd

 

Buy it prepared or in a restaurant. I cooked her lobster once. Never again. Getting into the thing was more like DIY than cooking.
