Arsenal has signed Mhki bloke and quite possibly will sign Aubamayang. Watch what happens when you take a risk and make a couple signings in January. Arsenal go on a run and they will get top 4. I remember in 13/14 when we were screaming for a defensive mid in January and didn't sign one and we fell apart and lost the title. Last year we had Coutinho injured and Mané at the ACON and we were screaming for a winger/attacking player and we fell apart and just about held onto 4th. Before people say that was good, remember where we were before the turn of the year. This January we are desperate for some creation after losing Coutinho. Watch us struggle with injuries all the way to May.
Germany, Japan and Italy lost WWII, they "had" that war against the allies but lost it. Okay where's my prize?
Ah, but when any competition gets down to a final two competitors it's one teams destiny to lose it, WBA kissed goodbye to their outside of outside chance of winning the title that year at the end of August probably.
Liverpool cannot allow winger Mohamed Salah to leave the club for Real Madrid having sanctioned the January departure of Philippe Coutinho to Barcelona, according to former defender Steve Nicol.
Egyptian FA Chief is trying to put Salah in the shop window. Many other players are going to become stars in the world cup. It would be crazy if we can only keep Salah for one season.
Arsenal need a lot more than Miki and Aubamyang to make any serious progression. Sanchez leaving counters both those signings (or there abouts). Sanchez was the engine in that team in so many ways. Yes they've had good results since he's left but this is Arsenal, they'll fall apart again in Feb. They need players in similar positions to us. A new defence, and Cech isn't getting any better! They also need a DM. Yes I agree we need a signing or 3! But we're still in a better position than Arsenal even if they get Aubamayang imo.
the egyptian FA have no skin in the game where he plays frankly he can go... for 300mil. if the price for kane starts at 200 mil then the bar is set. no problem.
Yeah but Klopp clearly doesn't want him, nor does anyone except Arsenal it seems (except some Chinese team) - there must be a reason for that? He's been whored out for the last 3 windows and no one has took a chance. If Klopp wanted him he'd already be a Liverpool player.
Not sure tbh. I do know he's a disruptive player that gets disciplined quite a lot. But his numbers are excellent. Strange one really.
